Do it yourself potater chips
Serves: 1 bored, slightly hungry college student. Could be a good side dish.

Ingredients:
1 - infinity taters
olive oil
cayenne pepper
oregano
basil
garlic salt/powder

Directions:
1) Wash a frying pan with a good flat surface. Leave some water droplets in there. As Mix Master always says, add more olive oil than you're comfortable with. Then add a tad more. Throw the pan on a bit under medium heat.

2) While your pan is heating up, cut up your potatos into slices. They should be as flat as possible and kind of thin, but not too thin. Cutting them into crazy shapes makes them hard for Mix to cook. At this point, the water and olive oil should be spattering all over and making some noise to help you clear your thoughts.

3) Add a few potato slices until the pan is mostly covered. Flip them every now and then so they cook evenly.

In the process

4) You should be able to get a decent crunch on the outside and a softer inside, just like Mix likes his enemies' underbellies.

5) When done cooking, add the seasonings. Be a bit liberal with the oregano, but not the garlic if you're serving any maidens.

Mix Master Delight
Serves: 1 man
Ingredients:
-1 pepper of your favorite colour, or two halves of different colors
-1 tomato
-1/4 - 1/3 pound of pasta
-shredded cheese
-optional: any other vegetable Mix's tiny heart desires

-oregano
-olive oil
-salt
-garlic salt/powder
-Sriracha Asian sauce
-optional: pasta sauce (when Mix feels saucy)
-double dare optional: Ron Diaz

1) Fill up a pot with water and put it on the back left burner. Pour some salt into the water. Make it a liberal sprinkle.

2) While the water is heating up, cut the pepper into pieces. I like to cut it into square pieces maybe 2X2cm. Also cut the tomatoes into decent sized pieces.

3) Pour olive oil into a frying pan. Use more than you are comfortable with. Add some garlic salt and a little oregano for fun. Heat it up a little.

4) Add the veggies to your frying pan. Don't let the splattering of scathing oil hit you in the face.

5) Start your favorite CD. Play it loud enough to make your roommate look up from her book.

6) By now, unless you have severe mental problems, your water should be boiling. Add the noodles. Stir after 15 seconds.

7) a) When the noodles are done, pour them in a bowl.
b) (College) When the noodles are done, take the frying pan of veggies off the burner and add the noodles to it.

8) Sprinkle on your favorite shredded cheese. Italian or Taco blend work well. Finely shredded is preferred. Stir.

9) Add that Asian sauce (and optionally a little bit of pasta sauce) and stir it around with a forceful but sensual touch.

10) Add the vegetables on top.

11) (optional, especially if in Colorado) Once you put the noodles in the water, put a small pot on the back right burner and heat up a little of the pasta sauce. Add illegal amounts of Ron Diaz to the sauce and stir. It should be considered a liquid and not a sauce now. Also add Ron Diaz to your mouth and drink. Add sauce to dish.

BAM!
